Find your fit

Use the measurements below as a starting point, then check the product page for product-specific fit notes and measurements.

Apparel

Measure around the fullest part of your chest or bust, the natural waist, and the fullest part of your hips. Keep the tape level and comfortably loose. If you are between sizes, review the product fit notes to decide whether you prefer a closer or roomier fit.

Packs

For backpacks, measure your torso length from the base of your neck to the top of your hip bones. Adjust the hip belt so it rests comfortably on your hips, then tighten the shoulder straps so the pack sits close to your back without restricting movement.
